My order was promised for a Wednesday before Mother’s Day delivery, by Friday I was concerned and checked the status… Mixtiles CANCELLED my order and didn’t even notify me so I could find a replacement gift in time😡😡 they said it was due to technical difficulties that they cancelled it but when asked why I wasn’t noticed they said “sorry we dropped the ball” the order was a 3 family gift to my mom for Mother’s Day
Now she has nothing to open

The customer service is upbeat, friendly and very eager. Love the product too! I had a couple minor issues that they took care of quickly no questions asked. Will be getting more prints for sure!!

The frameless tiles are my faves. They turn out so perfectly. I order a bunch of family pictures when Mixtiles are on sale and give them as gifts to my mom, daughter, and sister. We all have a big collection of our favorite pictures!

4 of the photos I received are unusable as they either cut portions of people out of the photo or are not centered. I have used Mixtiles for years and have never received this poor of a quality. Totally unsatisfied!

The company made and shipped out my pictures super fast, the pictures are great quality. I got an email for a discount code since this is my second time purchasing from them which is a very nice bonus.

It was so easy to crop and situate pictures. The whole ordering procedure was very user friendly. This is my third order in just a couple of months. I’ll definitely be ordering more this summer.

Loved my Mixtiles when they were on the wall. Just tried to remove them, as we are moving in a week. The first two just ripped giant chunks of paint off the walls! Only been on there for two years! How do I remove the other 10????? So annoyed!
